I have been in the real estate business fulltime since 1993. My area of expertise or my niche in the business, as The y say, was for many years working with condo developers in their house sales department.

I was a sales manager for preconstruction projects in Miami Beach, Surfside and Naples. I led the sales teams at luxury condominium developments such as: Mirage on The Ocean, Parc Plaza, Solimar North and South Tower and many others.

These days my focus is working with the general real estate buyer that are looking to sell high or those that would like to buy low.
