Develop a Market Budget.

You need to know the amount you need to spend to meet your sales goals and the amount you can afford to spend. A good rule is that marketing budgets should equal about 10 percent of the commission income.

Not enough marketing = not enough sales. Not enough sales = not enough income.

It’s been proven time and time again by agents, brokers, and other professionals that paid advertising can pay off.
