When interviewing agents, it is not surprising to find out that many agents admit to not having an organized database. They have a type of database, an excel sheet or notebook, but rarely spend any time working with it and they do not implement any kind of ongoing database growth strategies at all.
Please have a moment to ask yourself:
Do I get to clients/prospects within 20 minutes?
Do I call my past clients once a quarter?
Do I send birthday cards?
