Categorize your contact list in groups to manage different type of communications.
•Business contacts: are those people that you deal with on a business basis. Examples include Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, etc.
• Personal contacts: are friends and family, or people you have a relationship with but you don’t expect to do business with them.
• Prospects: are people who you believe you have a realistic opportunity to do business with.
• Clients: are those people who have select you as their Realtor or who you’ve done business with in the past.
